In 2021, I became a part of the B2D team after completing my master's degree in Sustainability in the Urban Environment. Within my role at B2D, I manage crucial logistical operations, encompassing the meticulous tracking of materials we collect and distribute, and generating the essential paperwork accompanying these processes.

My project management duties include creating Ship Back Kits, compiling recycling reports, and much more. Beyond my professional life, I have a profound interest in Romance languages which has driven me to fluency in Spanish, and conversational proficiency in Italian, and currently, I am on a pursuit to learn Romanian. During my leisure hours, you can find me embracing the outdoors through hiking and biking, while also honing my gardening skills. 

Jean Achille has been with B2D since 2020. My role as Shift Supervisor is to coordinate our daily warehouse activities, such as receiving new projects, managing incoming and outgoing recycled materials, and ensuring that all employees understand their vital positions in the recycling process.

Spending most of my life enjoying the natural environment and the outdoor world, recycling, and working to achieve a sustainable future is very important. I have a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management, which I use day in and out here at B2D. I like to spend my time enjoying the outdoors with my son, Jack, and my wife, Melissa. We love to go kayaking and sailing on the Long Island Sound. I like to head up to the mountains in the winter months for some snowboarding.
